TPL is partnering with an independent property consultancy looking to appoint a Capital Markets Director to focus on the North. Based out of the Manchester offices, this is a great opportunity for someone to join a growing business with offices across the UK.

As the Capital Markets Director, you will be responsible for advising a diverse client base on investment acquisitions and disposals across various asset classes. 

Your primary duties will include:

• Providing strategic advice to clients on investment opportunities and 'value add' initiatives.
• Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential investment targets and market trends.
• Take the lead on investment acquisitions and disposals. 
• Collaborating with other business lines for business generation. 
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and preferences.
• Providing thought leadership and insights to clients and the broader investment community.
