EA Search are pleased to be partnered with a leading private equity investor based in Midtown, New York, leading the search for a Personal Assistant to join the team, working closely with the Investment Director and two Senior Associates.
The firms core sectors cover consumer staples, essential services and healthcare, the successful applicant will be entering a fast-paced environment which at times can be demanding, but hugely rewarding. More broadly, the successful candidate will work within a small office support team, made up of another PA and an Office Manager.
The purpose of this role will be to support the Investment Director and Senior Associates with managing complex diaries, some inbox management, and other ad hoc duties as required by the team, including but not limited to event organisation, arranging client dinners/meetings, production of PowerPoint presentations, arranging Zoom calls across multiple time zones, preparing and inputting expenses into the system, and updating the sales platform with new contacts, meeting notes, and marketing lists.
