What will you be doing as an Recruitment Consultant:
·Sourcing and qualifying candidates over the phone and online.
·Developing and maintaining key relationships with candidates.
·Managing the candidate experience.
·Network and advertise to potential candidates.
·Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies.
·Briefing candidates on roles, pay rates and timeframes.

Right Person for the Role:
·A high-energy, self-starter who’s focused on delivering outcomes, with the ability to establish new processes.
·Highly Organised, reliable and possesses an excellent attention to detail.
·Excellent Communication Skills.
·Being able to cope with pressure.
·Able to be persuasive, tenacious, and patient at times.
·The ability or willingness to adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
