Architectural Technologist

Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Bristol, who are looking to appoint a motivated and performance-driven Architectural Technologist to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career, working on high-quality residential, heritage, and conservation projects. The role offers exposure across all project stages within a collaborative and supportive studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications

• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning policies

• Co-ordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues

• Support planning applications and building control submissions

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within architectural work

• Demonstrated UK-based relevant experience across the RIBA design stages

• Strong technical design ability with a good eye for detail

• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit desired

• Good graphic and project management skills
