The Role

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of client success—building strong relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and guiding customers through their IT transformation journey. This is a people-first role where collaboration, insight, and value creation are key.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term client partnerships
  
  
• Identify new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
  
  
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored IT solutions
  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes

About You

Proven background in Account Management or Business Development within IT/MSP
Consultative, solution-led approach with strong commercial acumen
 Excellent communication skills—comfortable with senior stakeholders
 Ambitious, curious, and eager to learn & grow.
