SAP S/4HANA is live!

This is an opportunity for an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to take ownership of a live S/4HANA environment and help shape how it develops from here.

Rather than starting another implementation from scratch, you’ll be working with real operational processes, complex dependencies and a system that is already business-critical. Your expertise will directly influence how logistics processes are supported, improved and developed over the long term.

The role:

You’ll focus on the continued development and optimisation of SAP EWM and its integration with SAP MM, working closely with business teams, IT and external partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of the SAP EWM solution 
• Analysing, evaluating and prioritising business requirements
• Translating requirements into practical technical solutions, user stories and implementation concepts
• Supporting EWM processes from requirements through to productive use
• Working across key processes including goods receipt, putaway, picking, shipping, returns and inventory management
• Supporting and further developing SAP EWM customising
• Planning and coordinating projects and system enhancements
• Managing external SAP partners with a focus on quality and successful delivery
• Coordinating releases, dependencies and priorities across the system landscape
• Working closely with business stakeholders and operational teams to ensure solutions work in real-world environments

What we’re looking for:

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM, including implementation, support or further development
• Good knowledge of core EWM processes and warehouse operations
• Experience gathering and managing requirements and translating them into implementable solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A structured, hands-on approach and the confidence to make decisions
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Fluent German & English
