Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role: 

• Produce detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation 
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery 
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and technical standards 
• Manage and contribute to BIM models for accurate project coordination and delivery 
• Stay up to date with advancements in construction technologies and sustainable practices 

Requirements or this Architectural Technologist role: 

• Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology (or related field) 
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows 
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and technical standards 
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills 
• A passion for precision and delivering high-quality work
