The Role

As a New Business Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition. This is a pure new business role, focused on developing opportunities from scratch and building a strong pipeline through proactive outreach.

You will engage with key decision-makers, understand business challenges, and position appropriate IT solutions in a consultative manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities via outbound activity (calls, email, LinkedIn, networking)
  • Build, manage, and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Conduct discovery conversations to identify client needs
  • Work closely with technical teams to shape tailored proposals
  • Ensure CRM systems are kept accurate and up to date

About You

  • Background in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Confident in cold outreach and outbound sales activity
  • Target-driven with a resilient and proactive mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organised with attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools
  • Ambitious and eager to progress within a growing organisation
