We’re representing a leading UK property consultancy with a strong track record in planning, environment, and infrastructure. Following continued growth and a healthy project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Associate Director (Acoustics, Noise & Vibration) to join their national Environment & Infrastructure team.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage acoustic, noise & vibration projects from inception to delivery.
- Oversee financial and project management across a diverse workload.
- Supervise, mentor and grow junior team members.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
- Provide expert witness input where required.
- Contribute to winning and developing new business opportunities.
- Present at external events and conferences.
About You
- Degree or higher qualification in acoustics (or related).
- 10+ years’ consultancy experience with team leadership exposure.
- Strong knowledge of UK planning systems, environmental acoustics, and relevant standards.
- Experienced in noise modelling and propagation standards.
- Confident communicator with a track record of stakeholder engagement.
- Ideally, active in IOA/ANC committees or similar professional forums.
- Expert witness experience is a bonus.
