Aztrum have partnered with an innovative and experienced architectural practice located in Telford. My client is looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Design Architect to continue the ongoing development of the practice.
Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
- Lead architectural design across various sectors
- Develop concept designs and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Collaborate with internal consultants to deliver integrated design solutions
- Support planning applications and liaise with local authorities
- Contribute to master planning and strategic development projects
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals aligned with commercial objectives
Key Requirements for this Architect role:
- ARB/RIBA Part II or III qualified
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across multiple sectors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of UK planning regulations and sustainability standards
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in delivering projects from concept to completion
