LV Electrical Trainer (Full Training Provided)

Location: Swindon
Salary: £42,000–£45,000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering high‑quality instruction, demonstrations, and assessments in Low Voltage (LV) electrical principles
• Supporting learners undertaking LV Operator training and other related electrical safety courses
• Ensuring training is delivered to industry standards, promoting safe systems of work
• Using your technical knowledge to upskill learners and provide a positive learning experience

About You

• Proven experience working with low voltage electrical systems
• Strong background in industrial electrical engineering
• Ideally holds AP Status (Authorised Person)
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage, support, and motivate learners
• Passionate about developing others and maintaining high standards of training delivery

Desirable Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, AET, or equivalent)
• Level 3 Assessor Qualification (CAVA or equivalent)
• Training or qualifications in:
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Level 3 Inspection & Testing (2391)
  • PAT Testing
  • Safe Isolation Procedures
• Experience delivering:
  • EV Charging
  • Solar PV
  • EESS/Battery Storage
