The Role
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead new business growth and forge lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new business prospects via calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and manage a robust, qualified sales pipeline
- Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Maintain accurate CRM data and track sales activity
- Deepen your understanding of products and solutions to deliver tailored, value-led conversations
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to deal closure
About You
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
- Target-driven, resilient, and highly self-motivated
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building abilities
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM systems and modern sales tools
- Eager to learn, grow, and progress within a supportive, high-performing team
