Account Manager – MSP
London (Hybrid)
£45,000–£60,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70K+)
We’re partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing Managed Service Provider that delivers IT support, cloud solutions, and cyber security services to organisations across the UK. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and customer service, they’re now expanding their commercial team.
The Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of an existing client base while also contributing to new business growth. You’ll focus on building long-term relationships, driving revenue within accounts, and proactively generating new opportunities through outbound activity.
Importantly, while you’ll be expected to engage in new business development and cold calling, you won’t be required to bring an existing client base with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships across an established portfolio of clients
- Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IT, cloud, and security services
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored client solutions
- Proactively generate new business through outbound outreach and cold calling
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in account management within an MSP or IT services environment
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of revenue generation
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while identifying new opportunities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Comfortable with new business activity, including cold outreach
