We’re working with a well-established and fast-growing Managed Service Provider that delivers customised IT solutions to organisations across the UK. Known for their technical expertise and exceptional customer service, they support clients with managed IT services, cyber security, cloud solutions, infrastructure, and more—building long-lasting partnerships along the way.

As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their Leicester team and take ownership of an existing client base.

The Role

This position is ideal for a commercially minded Account Manager who enjoys managing relationships while driving revenue growth. You’ll oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and identifying opportunities to expand accounts across IT services, including cloud, cyber security, and infrastructure solutions.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, building strong client relationships and working closely with internal technical teams to deliver tailored, value-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of clients
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IT services and solutions
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as the main point of contact, delivering a seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored solutions
  • Contribute to overall business growth through strategic account development

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Account Management within MSP, IT services, or tech environments
  • Strong understanding of managed IT, cloud, and cyber security solutions
  • Commercially aware with a track record of identifying sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts strategically
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented
