The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 months of experience in permanent recruitment and possess a desire to work hard and earn large commissions.

They should also have a competitive nature, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a strong personality. A degree is not essential but an intelligent individual is required who wants to learn from others with experience.
