Senior Technologist

Aztrum is thrilled to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Coventry. My client is looking to appoint a creative Senior Technologist who will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the practice. 

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Technologist role:

• Lead and manage projects through RIBA Stages 4 and 5 
• Coordinate technical design and construction documentation 
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients throughout the build process 
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and quality standards 
• Contribute to project planning and delivery within deadlines and budgets 
• Collaborate with the wider team across all sites

Requirements for this Senior Technologist role:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in architectural practice 
• Proven ability to run jobs independently, particularly at technical stages 
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes 
• Excellent communication and coordination skills 
• Vectorworks experience is desirable but not essential
