Customer Success Manager

 

We are a successful SaaS provider in the Proptech arena. Our innovations have been a disruptor in this space that has seen us growing our market share across Europe and the US. We are building our customer success team to support that growth. We are seeking individuals with a knowledge of the Short stay / Short-term rental arena, either as part of a technology led solution for that market or as an operator in the sector. 

 

This role will see you working closely with our clientele, helping them formulate their strategy for their property portfolio. Our technology is a tool for them to used to achieve success, but it is nothing without understanding and expertise that enables it to be utilised as part of a wider approach. Our relationships are built over time and you can expect to become a key partner to our clients working with them closely to help them formulate their strategy towards short-term lets.

 

 Unlike many in the SaaS space we are a profitable business, our growth In Europe is funded by reinvesting our profits, our culture is 100% remote and always has been, our leadership team are not focused on an exit for the business bowing down to Venture capitalist pressures we are in this for the long term. We invest in our people through training and support their lifestyle choices where possible with a focus on providing excellent service and outcomes rather than time spent waggling a mouse around your desk.

 

 Applicants for this role will be well skilled in carrying our discovery phase conversations, your will have an understanding of commercial metrics utilised within the short stay space. The ability to deliver meaningful solutions starts with understanding your clients' pain points. You will be well versed in presenting data led solutions, using data to qualify your proposal, to include infographics and well-articulated arguments.
