I’m working in partnership with a successful and fast-growing civil engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Civil Engineer to strengthen its team.

This opportunity is open to candidates based in Bridgend, Cardiff or Bristol, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement, typically 2–3 days per week in the office.

If you’re a civil engineer with 3+ years’ UK experience who enjoys development-led projects, taking real ownership of your work, and working within a consultancy that offers a grown-up and flexible approach, this role presents a genuinely strong career move.

The Role

• Deliver civil engineering design for residential and commercial developments
• Contribute to projects from early planning stages through to detailed design and delivery
• Work closely with Principal Engineers and liaise with external stakeholders
• Take increasing responsibility for project ownership and technical development

What They’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years’ UK civil engineering experience
• Strong background in infrastructure and drainage design for developments
• Experience producing highways designs
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience would be an advantage)
• Comfortable working collaboratively while managing your own workload

What’s on Offer

• Salary of £50,000 – £55,000, dependent on experience
