We're looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join a growing sales team, with a specific focus on the sale of training courses within the property sector.

The property sector is going through a significant period of change, with new legislation and regulation creating an increased need for landlords, letting agents and property professionals to stay up to date.

The Renters' Rights Act 2025 came into force in May 2026, introducing significant changes to the way properties are let and managed, with further reforms planned as the legislation is rolled out.

This role will focus on proactively engaging with customers across the property sector, understanding their training requirements and selling relevant courses that help them stay informed and compliant.

You'll be speaking with landlords, letting agents and other property professionals, building relationships, identifying opportunities and converting conversations into course bookings.

The Role

  • Proactively prospect for new customers across the property sector
  • Use telephone, email and LinkedIn to identify and engage prospective customers

  • Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities

  • Promote and sell relevant property training courses

  • Research prospects and identify key decision makers

  • Follow up leads and nurture opportunities through to conversion

  • Handle objections confidently and identify customer needs

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage follow-up activity

  • Work towards agreed sales, activity and revenue targets

About You

We're looking for someone who is confident, commercially minded and comfortable with proactive prospecting, fact finding and uncovering customer needs and challenges. You'll be confident starting conversations, asking the right questions and identifying where our training solutions can add value. 

You'll ideally have experience in:

  • Working towards sales targets and activity-based KPIs
  • Managing a sales pipeline and following up opportunities
  • Building rapport quickly over the telephone
  • Handling objections and converting conversations into sales

You'll need to be resilient, motivated and proactive, with the confidence to pick up the phone, make the call and ask for the sale.

Experience within training, education, professional development or other B2B/B2C sales environments would be useful but isn't essential.

The Package

  • £30,000 basic salary

  • Year 1 OTE: £43,000

  • Year 2 OTE: £55,000

  • Clear earning potential as you develop within the role
