Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort is seeking to recruit an Events Coordinator.


Responsibilities:


  • Understanding and identifying the requirement for each event
  • Overseeing and managing all event operations
  • Overseeing issues that may come up at events and acting quickly to resolve problems
  • Analyzing and evaluating an event’s success and submitting reports
  • Running final tests on the day of the event to ensure that everything meets the Resort standards
  • Working with Guests to guide them through event details and serving as their personal coordinator throughout the entire planning process and the event


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as an Events Coordinator, or a similar position in the Hospitality industry.
  • Extensive experience in demonstrating leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver.
  • A keen eye on details for accuracy.
  • Good time management skills.
