Project Architect / Architectural Technologist

Aztrum is delighted to announce a new opportunity with a highly regarded architectural practice specialising in high-end private residential projects. My client is looking to appoint an experienced Project Architect or Architectural Technologist to lead the technical design and delivery of luxury residential schemes, including listed buildings.

Key Responsibilities for this Project Architect / Technologist role:

• Lead the technical development and delivery of high-end residential projects (£1M+ value)
• Produce and oversee detailed drawing packages across RIBA Stages 4–5
• Develop high-quality technical detailing (1:20, 1:10, 1:5) for both shell & core and fit-out
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and specialist subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and conservation requirements
• Manage projects on site through construction to completion
• Maintain programme, quality, and budget control throughout delivery

Requirements for this Project Architect / Technologist role:

• Proven experience delivering high-end private residential projects
• Strong experience across RIBA Stages 4–5
• Demonstrable expertise in technical detailing and construction packages
• Experience working on listed buildings is highly desirable
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
 • Strong coordination and project running experience
