Are you a creative and technically capable Architect looking to join a collaborative and forward-thinking practice? My client is expanding their team in Chichester and is looking for an Architect with strong Revit skills to contribute to the successful delivery of projects across a broad range of sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on projects through all RIBA stages within a supportive and design-led environment.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:

• Support the delivery of projects across a diverse range of sectors.
• Develop creative design proposals and coordinate projects through all RIBA work stages.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and the wider design team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
• Prepare planning applications, Building Regulations packages and technical construction information.
• Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements and industry best practice.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout all stages of project delivery.
• Resolve design and technical challenges while maintaining design intent.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and project reviews as required.
• Support the successful delivery of projects from concept through to completion.

Requirements for this Architect role:

• ARB-registered Architect with relevant post-qualification experience.
• Proficiency in Revit essential.
• Experience delivering UK-based projects across a variety of sectors.
• Strong design, technical detailing and construction knowledge.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
• Experience producing planning, technical and construction drawing packages across multiple RIBA stages.
• Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
