Salary: Up to £35,000, depending on experience.

As they continue to expand, they are looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to join the team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities for this Newly Qualified Architect role:

  • Assist in the design and development of projects from initial concept through to detailed design, planning, and construction phases.

  • Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and presentations using CAD, BIM, and other design software.

  • Collaborate with senior architects, designers, and consultants to ensure design solutions are functional, aesthetic, and meet client requirements.

  • Participate in project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors, providing input and assisting in resolving design and technical issues.

  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure projects are being executed according to design specifications and standards.

  • Assist in the preparation of planning applications, technical documentation, and construction detailing.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building regulations, and sustainable design practices.

Requirements for this Newly Qualified Architect role:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

  • Recently qualified Architect.

  • Proficiency in Revit. 

  • Strong design and visualisation skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
