Landscape Architect
Cardiff
Up to £55,000

Aztrum is thrilled to be working alongside a progressive, design-led organisation that is seeking an ambitious and creative Landscape Architect with five or more years’ experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves being involved at every stage of the design process—from imaginative early concepts through to the delivery of inspiring, high-quality places. Strong Vectorworks skills are essential, but it’s your passion for shaping meaningful environments that will really make you stand out.

You’ll be joining a dynamic, multidisciplinary studio where landscape architecture, planning, and urban design come together to create people-focused, future-ready places with real impact.

About the Landscape Architect Role:
As an integral part of the team, you’ll work across a varied and exciting portfolio of projects, including:

  • Bold and innovative landscape masterplanning

  • High-quality residential developments

  • Active travel routes and streetscape improvement schemes

  • Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) and green infrastructure

  • Public realm and open space design

  • Care, health, and wellbeing-focused environments

  • Education and learning campuses

This diverse workload offers constant opportunities to collaborate closely with planning and urban design professionals, helping to shape projects that are cohesive, creative, and environmentally responsive.

Applications are welcomed from candidates interested in working from either the Cardiff or Bristol studio, with flexibility to move between both locations—supporting a strong team culture, collaboration, and creative exchange. Hybrid working is available to help you achieve the right work-life balance.
