The Role
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to accelerate new business growth and build long-term client partnerships.
In this consultative sales role, you’ll engage with senior decision-makers to uncover their challenges and demonstrate how tailored technology solutions can transform their operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new business opportunities through calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, qualifying leads for the wider team
- Develop lasting relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales activity effectively
- Understand client needs to deliver value-driven, consultative conversations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact through to deal closure
About You
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
- Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach
- Confident using CRM systems and modern sales tools
- Eager to learn and grow within a supportive, high-performing sales environment
