We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) that delivers cutting-edge IT solutions to businesses across the UK. With expertise spanning managed IT support, cloud services, cyber security, and IT infrastructure, they've built an outstanding reputation for exceptional customer service and long-term client partnerships.
Due to continued growth, they're looking for an Account Manager to join their Leicester office on a hybrid basis.
The best part? You'll inherit an established portfolio of loyal clients, so there's no expectation to bring your own customer base. Instead, you'll focus on strengthening relationships, identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts, and ensuring clients continue to receive maximum value from the company's services.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you'll become a trusted advisor to your customers, helping them leverage technology to achieve their business goals. Working closely with internal technical teams, you'll ensure an exceptional customer experience while driving revenue through account growth, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
