Are you an experienced Town Planner ready to take the next step in your career? We’re working exclusively with a respected, forward-thinking planning consultancy based in Belbroughton, now seeking a talented Senior or Principal Town Planner to join their growing team.

The role:

You’ll take the lead on managing your own caseload of planning applications, appeals, appraisals, and strategic land work. You’ll liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders, and provide expert planning guidance across a variety of schemes. As a senior figure within the team, you’ll also support junior colleagues and play a key role in driving project quality and client relationships.

About you:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is MRTPI qualified (or working towards, for strong Senior-level candidates)
• Has demonstrable experience in consultancy or local authority
• Is confident managing projects independently and communicating effectively with clients
• Brings a proactive, commercial, and solutions-focused approach
