You will be responsible for:

• Lead and develop the Asset Valuation service line across England.
• Deliver Red Book-compliant valuations for financial reporting purposes.
• Build relationships with local authorities, funds, investors and other key stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Support pitches, tenders and client presentations.
• Work collaboratively with the wider valuation team to deliver instructions efficiently.
• Undertake some secured lending valuation work during the growth phase of the service line.

To be considered you WILL:

• Be MRICS/ FRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer.
• Hold experience in delivering financial reporting valuations.
• Have excellent knowledge of RICS Red Book requirements.
• Be commercially minded with a passion for business development.
• Hold a track record in building client relationships and generating new opportunities.
• Be ambitious, entrepreneurial and comfortable leading a growing service offering.
