Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a world-class bespoke design team, driving innovative concepts and impeccable quality.
• Work closely with high-net-worth clients, ensuring a personalised, seamless experience that brings their visions to life.
• Use your exceptional drawing and design skills to develop custom jewellery pieces that reflect the brand's reputation for artistry and sophistication.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering a warm and engaging client experience.
• Manage and coordinate the bespoke department, guiding your team to uphold the highest standards in every detail.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• An accomplished designer with extensive experience at a leading luxury jewellery brand.
• Highly personable, with natural charisma and excellent communication skills, can connect and engage comfortably with clients.
• Skilled in freehand drawing, with a meticulous eye for design and a deep understanding of luxury jewellery.
• Experienced in leading a design team or managing a bespoke jewellery department, with strong organisational and leadership skills.
