Smile Dental Care is growing, and we’re looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and help drive the next stage of our growth.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We want a commercially minded, hands-on marketing leader who understands AI, technology, digital marketing, campaigns, lead generation and conversion — and who is excellent at leading and developing a high-performing team.

🚀 THE ROLE

You will take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution, with a clear focus on:

New patients → enquiries → online bookings → treatment → revenue.

You will lead the marketing team, set clear objectives, manage campaigns from start to finish and ensure everything we do is measured against commercial results.

👥 TEAM LEADERSHIP IS ESSENTIAL

We need someone who is an excellent people leader.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing the marketing team
• Setting clear KPIs and holding the team accountable
• Creating a high-performance culture
• Coaching team members and helping them develop their skills
• Delegating effectively while maintaining accountability
• Managing workload, priorities and deadlines
• Recruiting and developing talent as the team grows
• Bringing energy, creativity and structure to the marketing function

We don’t want a manager who simply allocates tasks.

We want a leader who gets the best out of people.

📊 CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

You must be highly experienced in planning, launching, managing and optimising marketing campaigns.

You will:

• Develop campaign strategies and objectives
• Manage campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital channels
• Coordinate creative, content, targeting and landing pages
• Monitor performance throughout the campaign
• Test, learn and optimise
• Track leads, bookings, conversion and revenue
• Report on genuine ROI
• Quickly identify what is and isn’t working
• Scale successful campaigns

You should be able to take a campaign from an idea to execution to measurable commercial results.

🤖 AI & TECHNOLOGY — ESSENTIAL

We are looking for someone who embraces AI and technology as part of everyday marketing.

You should already be using AI to work smarter, faster and more effectively.

We’re particularly interested in experience with:

• Generative AI
• AI-assisted content and creative development
• AI-powered campaign optimisation
• Data analysis and insights
• Marketing automation
• CRM and lead-generation technology
• AI personalisation
• Workflow automation
• Emerging MarTech

We don’t want someone who joins and says:

“We need to bring an agency in to show us how AI works.”

We want someone who already understands it, uses it and is excited about what’s next.

📈 COMMERCIAL MINDSET
