Blue Recruitment Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join an ambitious startup Supported Living provider in the Liverpool area. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a high-quality service from the ground up, working closely with the Director to build a strong, compliant, and person-centred operation. 

The Role:

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the Supported Living service.

  • Ensure the service remains fully compliant with CQC standards and wider regulatory requirements.

  • Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and care plans.

  • Build a positive, professional culture focused on quality, safety, and outcomes.

  • Work collaboratively with the Director to grow and develop the organisation.

  • Oversee staff leadership, service improvement, and operational performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Supported Living or a similar adult social care setting.

  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and safeguarding.

  • Proven leadership and management experience.

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

  • A commitment to high standards of care and person-centred support.

  • Relevant qualifications and right to work in the UK.
