Blue Recruitment Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join an ambitious startup Supported Living provider in the Liverpool area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a high-quality service from the ground up, working closely with the Director to build a strong, compliant, and person-centred operation.
Lead the day-to-day running of the Supported Living service.
Ensure the service remains fully compliant with CQC standards and wider regulatory requirements.
Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and care plans.
Build a positive, professional culture focused on quality, safety, and outcomes.
Work collaboratively with the Director to grow and develop the organisation.
Oversee staff leadership, service improvement, and operational performance.
Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Supported Living or a similar adult social care setting.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and safeguarding.
Proven leadership and management experience.
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
A commitment to high standards of care and person-centred support.
Relevant qualifications and right to work in the UK.
