The Opportunity:

Are you an experienced creative Project Manager? Our client is looking for a hardworking individual who thrives to over-achieve their daily challenges and has a positive ‘can do attitude’.

Our client is a global expert with over 2000 employees and 450 in the UK, they work with some of the world’s largest brands from a wide range of sectors including, cosmetics, e-commerce, hospitality, drinks, charity, and FMCG. Alongside hundreds of local and international suppliers to make almost any branded project possible. Our client’s creative departments are passionate, experienced branded sourcing experts, who deliver bespoke premiums, packaging design, and merchandise inventory management. 

What you’ll do:

●Review, log and accept new jobs on the Proxis System.

●Provide support to the Create Team in processing jobs through the system

●Provide estimates and raise purchase orders for re-orders

●Expediting of all purchase orders and updating relevant systems

●Produce reports on a daily and weekly basis

●Management of and sourcing products from a UK supply base in line with the Procurement Strategy

●Monitor delivery performance of all suppliers, presenting analysis to the relevant Procurement Service Manager

●Managing non-conformance deliveries

●Monitor delivery performance of all suppliers, presenting analysis to the relevant Procurement Service Manager

●Responding to queries from suppliers, Create Account Director and Project Managers

●Undertake other duties as required in order to support the business in achieving excellence for all customers.

What you’ll need:

• Excellent communication skills 
• Process driven to constantly improve ways of working
• Strong organisation, customer service and planning skills
• Windows proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High energy levels and a results driven approach
• Procurement department knowledge preferred but not essential
