Shift Patterns for First Line Support Analyst:
Early: 0530 – 1400 (WFH)
Middle: 0900 - 1730
Afternoon: 1400 - 2230
Nights: 2130 – 0530 (WFH)
Essential Certifications for First Line Support Analyst:
CompTIA Network+
Ideally MS-900 or AZ900 (or working toward these)
