Ratings Director Up to £80,000 pa (base) + Bonus Scheme & Corporate Benefits

TPL Talent Solutions is partnering with a niche property consultancy to identify a Ratings Director. This strategic hire will expand and add to the successful team. 

As the Ratings Director, you will act on behalf of existing clients, working on some of the largest assessments across the UK & IRE. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Grow existing caseloads across trading properties (hotels of particular interest).
• Lead and review own cases across an array of instructions.

Requirements for the role:

• Full driving license.
• The ability to work with autonomy
• Comfortable with Depreciate Replacement Cost (DRC) or Trade Valuation
• Preferably a RICS Registered Valuer & MRICS
