About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central for large construction and manufacturing clients. This role involves providing expert consulting services, both functional and technical, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for understanding client needs, tailoring solutions, and driving implementations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Customize and optimize Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to align with complex business operations in the construction and manufacturing sectors.Leverage industry best practices and your deep ERP knowledge to streamline system implementations.

• Facilitate seamless data integration, migrating and transforming legacy data into the Dynamics Business Central ecosystem.
• Lead product demonstrations and workshops for stakeholders, providing comprehensive training throughout the deployment process.
• Serve as a post-implementation consultant, supporting clients to resolve issues and ensure long-term system performance.
• Continuously improve your expertise through certifications and industry training to stay at the forefront of ERP solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, sharing knowledge and fostering growth within the team.
• Maintain a client-centric approach, ensuring solutions meet business objectives while upholding high standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Extensive experience in ERP implementations, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, including leading multiple full-cycle projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including MS SQL Server, MS .NET, and MS SharePoint, and how they integrate with ERP systems.
• Proven ability to analyze and address the specific needs of clients in construction or manufacturing, delivering practical and effective solutions.
• Expertise in mapping business processes to ERP functionality, ensuring the system supports operational goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly convey complex information to senior management and project teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client engagements simultaneously with a focus on delivering successful outcomes.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Dynamics Business Central (MB-800)
• Experience with Dynamics Business Central Manufacturing and Warehouse Management modules (version 5.0 or higher).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices for ERP deployment, ensuring timely and on-budget implementations.
