Key Languages:

  • Native or Full Professional Level of German
  • Full Professional Level of English


Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to business clients with their travel arrangements
  • Collaborate with external partners to handle booking-related problems
  • Aim to exceed customer expectations by delivering top-tier service in managing their requests and reservations
  • Apply company guidelines to solve issues, while thinking creatively when standard solutions aren’t enough
  • Take initiative to foresee and resolve potential problems before they arise
  • Keep up with product developments and feature rollouts to stay informed about new offerings


Core Skills/experience:

  • Proficiency and experience with GDS Amadeus
  • Experience in the corporate travel industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer support
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Empathetic and attentive to client needs
  • Quick learner and tech-savvy
  • Honest and trustworthy team player
