Our client is a respected and growing structural engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an engineer with 5–10 years’ experience who is ready to lead projects, mentor junior staff, and play a key role in the continued growth of a dynamic business.

The Role

You will take ownership of structural engineering projects from concept through to delivery, managing technical design, coordinating teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also support the development of junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence across the business.

Requirements

• 5–10 years’ structural engineering experience
• Proven ability to lead and deliver projects independently
• Strong design experience across steel, concrete, masonry, and timber
• Chartered status preferred, or close to achieving Chartership
• Experience mentoring or managing junior engineers
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Proactive, commercially aware, and career-driven
