Architectural Technician

Leicestershire – 2 days in the office

Up to £40,000 DOE

Aztrum is delighted to announce a new partnership with a well-established and growing architectural practice based in Leicestershire. My client is looking to appoint an Architectural Technician to support the technical design and delivery of projects, playing a key role in the successful execution of live schemes.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:

• Produce detailed technical drawing packages in Revit across multiple project stages
• Support the delivery of projects from post-planning through to completion
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and specialist teams
• Assist in managing programme, budget, and quality throughout delivery
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, planning conditions, and industry standards
• Attend site meetings and support projects through construction and handover
• Provide technical support to the wider project team

Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:

• Proven experience working across RIBA Stages 3–6
• Strong Revit proficiency
• Retail project experience is desirable
• Solid technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
