We're recruiting on behalf of an established and growing IT solutions provider that takes a consultative approach to helping organisations achieve their technology goals. Rather than simply selling products, the business partners closely with customers to design and deliver tailored cloud, on-premise, and hybrid IT solutions that drive long-term success.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join a high-performing commercial team, managing existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities across a diverse customer base.

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships while introducing innovative technology solutions that meet evolving business needs. Working alongside technical specialists and leading vendors, you'll deliver value-led solutions across a broad portfolio of IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts across multiple sectors.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams to design tailored IT solutions.
  • Promote a comprehensive portfolio including Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Hybrid Solutions, Data Protection, Networking, and Managed Services.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, vendor events, and networking opportunities.

About You

  • Previous experience in an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager position within an MSP, VAR, or IT solutions provider.
  • Strong background selling IT solutions such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Connectivity, Data Protection, or Managed Services.
  • Proven ability to both grow existing accounts and win new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Commercially driven with a consultative sales approach.
  • Motivated, organised, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
