Job Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 implementation, configuration, and integration to lead and design technical solutions for our client's Dynamics 365 projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes in a government environment and be able to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs while maintaining system integrity and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, focusing on integration with legacy government systems and customization as per business needs.
• Develop architecture blueprints, integration strategies, and roadmap for Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and alignment with government regulations.
• Manage the technical team to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Conduct solution reviews and provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
• Stay up to date with Dynamics 365 updates and evolving trends in government IT solutions.

• Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 architecture, implementation, and integration with third-party systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Deep technical understanding of cloud-based solutions, security frameworks, and integration techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in government projects in the UAE or GCC region.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
