Associate Director

TPL is partnering with a niche property consultancy to identify an Associate Director for the Manchester offices. This is a great opportunity to join an established firm independent firm advising an array of clients on their property portfolios.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Lead the delivery of complex restructuring and valuation assignments across various commercial property types.
• Acting as Case Manager on LPA Receivership cases, undertaking due diligence and developing strategic options for value recovery.
• Advising on disposal strategies, including lease re-gears, planning opportunities, and capital expenditure initiatives.
• Working closely with clients and external stakeholders (including solicitors, agents, planners, and insurers) to manage projects and deliver results.
• Supporting business development activities, including client engagement, fee proposals, and tender submissions.

To be considered you will: 

• Be MRICS qualified with a degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Preferably have experience in restructuring, LPA Receivership and Asset Management.
• Have a good understanding of commercial and some residential markets. 
• Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage client relationships at all levels.
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office and property/job management systems.
• Hold a full UK driving licence required.
