Aztrum are proud to announce a new partnership with an innovative architectural practice located in Solihull. My client is looking to appoint a motivated and performance driven Architect/Architectural Technologist to contribute to the ongoing development of the practice. 

Key Responsibilities for this Architect/Architectural Technologist role:

• Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages 
• Prepare planning and building regulation submissions
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve design issues 
• Assist in project delivery from concept through to construction stages

Key Requirements for this Architect/Architectural Technologist role:

• Experience delivering UK residential projects 
• Strong Revit proficiency for technical drawings and BIM coordination
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes 
• Assist in project delivery from concept through to construction stages
