Aztrum is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity with an architectural practice based in Gloucester. With an eye for attention to detail, my client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Job Running Architect/Technician to continue the ongoing success and development.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Job Running Architect/Technician role:

• Take the lead on the design and delivery of supported living and care accommodation projects nationwide
• Partner closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to bring visions to life while ensuring compliance and excellence
• Juggle multiple high-profile projects, never compromising on creativity or detail
• Inspire, mentor, and guide junior architects, fostering growth and innovation across the practice
• Ensure all projects meet planning requirements, building regulations, and specialist industry standards

Requirements for this Senior Job Running Architect/Technician role:

• ARB registered, with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience
• A proven track record in the Leisure sector, or in leading multi-disciplinary teams
• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and inclusive design practices
• A natural leader with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
