Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a growing architectural practice based in Leamington Spa. Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to support the delivery of projects across a varied and growing portfolio, with a particular focus on Education and Hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Support the day-to-day delivery of projects from concept through to completion
• Assist in the development of design proposals, technical drawings, and coordinated drawing packages
• Contribute to planning application submissions and supporting design documentation
• Produce high-quality drawings, models, and presentation material under the guidance of senior team members
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to support smooth project delivery
• Assist in ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and internal quality standards

Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Must have experience leading projects or taking responsibility for project delivery stages
• Experience supporting projects through RIBA stages is desirable
• Strong interest or experience in Education and/or Hospitality sectors
• Proficiency in Vectorworks desired (Revit or other BIM software beneficial)
• Good understanding of construction methods and UK Building Regulations
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach
• High attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of tasks
