Architectural Technologist

Aztrum are proud to be working with an established architectural practice who are looking to add an Architectural Technologist to their team in Islington.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join a practice working across a range of Data Centre projects and contribute to the successful delivery of schemes.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Produce detailed technical drawings and construction documentation.

• Develop technical design packages and specifications.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants and wider project teams.

• Ensure designs comply with relevant building regulations and technical standards.

• Support the delivery of projects from design through to construction.

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:

• Qualified Architectural Technologist or relevant equivalent experience.

• Excellent BIM and Revit skills.

• Experience in the data centre sector is preferential.

• Experience in similar sectors, such as logistics, life sciences or healthcare, will also be considered.

• Strong technical, communication and organisational skills.
