- Native level of Italian
- Full Professional level of English
Main Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up on leads generated by the Marketing team
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable educational programs
- Accurately update and maintain the CRM (Salesforce)
- Manage the full customer journey—from first contact to program booking
- Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Service team
Core Skills/experience:
- University degree or diploma in a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fast learner who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and target-driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, adaptable, and eager to take on challenges
