The Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join the team and take ownership of driving new business opportunities.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of client engagement—sparking conversations, opening doors, and demonstrating how technology can unlock real transformation. What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage prospective clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
• Qualify opportunities and generate new business leads for the wider sales team
• Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers
• Maintain and manage your pipeline effectively within the CRM
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s services to deliver value-driven conversations
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth client journey from first contact to close

About You

You’re energetic, ambitious, and thrive on connecting with people. With experience in B2B sales or lead generation, you know how to turn conversations into qualified opportunities and consistently deliver results.
