Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Salary: up to £32,000

Aztrum is delighted to be representing an award-winning firm that is seeking a motivated and creative Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team and contribute to a variety of exciting Sports & Leisure and Defense projects.

Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Assisting in the design and development of projects across all RIBA stages

• Preparing drawings, visualisations, and presentation material

• Supporting the submission of planning and building regulation applications

• Conducting site visits and assisting with surveys

• Collaborating with clients, consultants, and local authorities

• Working closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality design solutions

Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

• Part 2 qualification in Architecture (ARB/RIBA recognised)

• Strong experience within a UK-based architectural practice

• Previous exposure to the education sector is advantageous

• Proficiency in Revit is essential

• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations

• Strong design and technical drawing skills

• Excellent organisational and communication abilities

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work well within a team environment
