Architectural Technician

Aztrum are proud to announce that we will be partnering with a developing, innovative architectural practice located in Ipswich. My client is looking to appoint a motivated and performance driven Architectural Technician to contribute to the ongoing success of the practice. 

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:

• Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD/BIM software 
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning policies 
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues 
• Support planning applications and building control submissions

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software 
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes 
• Experience in producing technical drawings and construction documentation 
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team 
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record on working towards RIBA stages 0-4
