Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and grow a network of brokers and introducers, building long-term relationships that drive new business opportunities.
  • Generate new Invoice Finance deals through your broker network and direct client engagement.
  • Regularly meet and communicate with brokers and clients to identify and maximise business opportunities.
  • Actively engage in cross-selling initiatives, identifying opportunities to introduce group products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support and risk, to resolve queries and support deal progression.
  • Represent the company at industry and networking events to increase visibility and promote the brand.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the finance industry, with a strong focus on Invoice Finance.
  • Proven track record in managing broker or introducer channels to generate new business.
  • Strong knowledge of credit and lending practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships and work collaboratively.
